They made a mistake with one of my orders. The print was not perfect. As soon as I wrote an email to them, they asked me for a day to resolve it.
The next day, they sent a new print and asked me to keep the one they already sent me. To be honest, the print is okay from far. In the past, I had to
go through a tiring return process which can sometimes lead to misunderstanding. Their response was very good and made a lot of sense because
they can't sell the defective t-shirt to anyone else either. I brought it to surprise my husband. A little gift. Fortunately, it was not for an occasion
because the new t-shirt took another 3 days to arrive. The second t-shirt was perfect.
