Shipping and Delivery

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

At PetroSexuals, all of our items are personalized and made-to-order. Each product is designed, produced, and printed just for you, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship.

Order Processing:

We process orders Monday through Friday, based on Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding holidays recognized by the U.S. Postal Service: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

The delivery process is split into two phases:

  1. Processing & Production Time:
    Most orders are processed and produced within 4–7 business days. This includes designing, printing, packaging, and conducting quality checks.
  2. Shipping Time:
    Shipping times depend on the product and destination.

     

    • U.S. Shipping Estimates (including production and shipping time):
      • Shirts: 2–5 days
      • Printed Jackets & Hoodies: 2–6 days
      • Home Decor, Accessories & Other Printed Products: 2–7 days
      • Embroidered Products: 2–10 days
      • All-Over Print Products: 20–30 days
    • International Shipping Estimates (including production and shipping time):
      • Shirts: 10–20 days
      • Other Products: 3–30 days
      • Embroidered Products: 5–20 days
    • India Shipping Estimates (including production and shipping time):
      • Shirts: 2–5 days
      • Other Products: 2–7 days

Covid-19 Shipping Delays:
Due to Covid-19, there may be shipping delays of 5–7 additional business days. We apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding.

During these times, the total estimated delivery time may range from 16–24 business days. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to speed up the process and get your order to you as soon as possible.

Buyer Protection Program:
At PetroSexuals, your satisfaction is our priority. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of purchase (a rare occurrence), we will issue a full refund—no questions asked!
